Overview
Community Pediatrics is responsible for hospital-based and
community-based pediatric practices, which provide comprehensive
general pediatric services in continuing-care settings. Infants,
children and young adults (birth through age 20) are included.
The Pediatric Practice Model (PPM) at Children's Hospital
is especially suited to provide comprehensive coordinated
continuing care to children with complex chronic problems.
Community-based practices and services are under development.
